Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to high-risk antepartum and postpartum patients
• Circulate for cesarean sections and assist with vaginal deliveries
• Care for newborns immediately post-delivery, including assessments and injections
• Administer medications including heparin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate
• Float between post partum / antepartum units as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC electronic systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience in a high-risk labor and delivery unit
• BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS certification preferred
• Proven ability to manage care for a high acuity patient population
• Experience with EPIC electronic fetal monitoring
• Demonstrated skills in high-risk antepartum and postpartum care
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with interdisciplinary teams
