Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for labor and delivery, including preterm labor management.
- Manage 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms efficiently.
- Administer blood and blood products with precision.
- Operate specialized equipment such as epidural and PCA pumps.
- Ensure high-quality care during high-risk deliveries.
- Float to post-partum and NICU units based on skill set.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years labor & delivery experience required.
- Epic charting system experience required.
- Certifications in BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate. ACLS preferred.
- Experience in administering Magnesium Sulfate and Insulin drips.
- Completed sterile vaginal exams and manage central lines.
- Previous travel nursing experience is required.
