Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative care for surgical patients in the operating room.
- Prepare operating room for surgeries with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Monitor patient's condition and vital signs during surgical procedures.
- Assist surgical team during operations with expertise in various procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using Meditech EMR.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN hospital experience.
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred.
- Proficiency in Meditech EMR is an asset.
- Strong communication skills with staff and providers.
