Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy, Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across emergency, inpatient, and some outpatient settings.
• Perform arterial blood gases (ABGs) and electrocardiograms (EKGs) as part of respiratory duties.
• Operate and manage respiratory equipment including PB980, Hamilton C1, and V60 bipap.
• Work independently to deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all age ranges.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to department scheduling, including rotating day and night shifts every third weekend.

Qualifications

• Active ND Respiratory Therapy License required at time of submission.
• Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and NRP preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Strong ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and handle respiratory care duties alone as necessary.
