Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor respiratory therapy treatment plans approved by physicians.
Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and documentation of patient care activities.
Administer various respiratory therapies and procedures independently and accurately.
Participate in rapid response and emergency interventions as a key healthcare provider.
Contribute to patient education and discharge planning for ongoing respiratory care.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional respiratory therapy standards.

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
Minimum of 2 years' documented experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.
Expertise in EPIC charting system preferred.
Experience in acute care and critical care environments preferred.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to interpret arterial blood gases independently.
