Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary, Occupational Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for acute and chronic disorders.
- Conduct focused therapy sessions addressing fall/risk prevention.
- Administer treatments aligned with safety and infection prevention standards.
- Manage billing processes and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy.
- Current certification in BLS.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Experience in working with adults and geriatrics.
- Familiarity with National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures.
- Willingness to float between like units as needed.
