Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies to stabilize patients.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Administer emergency procedures, medication drips, and utilize central lines.
- Maintain clear communication and updates with the healthcare team.
- Utilize equipment such as PCA and IV pumps effectively.
- Manage patient ratios of 1:6 efficiently ensuring high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience.
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
- Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
- NIH certification is advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a positive attitude.
