Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond rapidly and efficiently to patient emergencies and critical situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize advanced equipment such as balloon pumps and CRRT.
- Perform typical procedures including heart catheterizations and medication drips.
- Maintain patient ratios and ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.
- Support continuous quality improvement in the Coronary Care Unit.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with minimum 1-year experience in ICU.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in acute care hospital settings.
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred.
- Previous experience in large facility ICU units is advantageous.
- Driven, organized, and able to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
