Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate assessments.
- Maintain and operate mammography equipment, including 3-D and digital systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Provide patient education and support regarding procedures and follow-up care.
- Participate in routine quality assurance activities to maintain certification standards.
Qualifications
- Current ARRT(R) certification and BLS certification required.
- ARRT(M) certification required with a minimum of 1-year experience.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume clinic environment is highly desirable.
- Capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
