Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms ensuring accuracy and high-quality imaging results.
• Conduct vascular studies including LEVs, LEAs, ABIs, carotids, UEAs, UEVs, and groin duplex.
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures and answering questions to alleviate concerns.
• Review patient history and confirm physician orders before conducting exams.
• Maintain and adjust equipment for optimal performance and patient comfort.
• Report and document findings in the patient record using preferred charting systems like Epic.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Dual certification is required, must have RDCS/RCS and RVT; CCI Certification is accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in echocardiography and vascular studies.
• Experience with TTE and a variety of vascular diagnostics is required.
• Ability to work independently, being the sole tech on shift with daily caseload responsibilities.
• First-time travelers are accepted, national travel experience is not mandatory.
