Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in acute care and rehab settings.
• Float between different units based on census and facility needs.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures while delivering patient care.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Oklahoma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Meditech charting system preferred.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
• Two years of clinical experience in both acute care and rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
