Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care for a variety of medical conditions including cardiac, respiratory, and neuro patients.
Utilize Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model with comprehensive patient support and safety rounds.
Administer advanced respiratory management including BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans using Epic charting system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and support.
Float within the scope to lower acuity units as needed.

Qualifications

Active AK RN license required; must be in hand for Auto Offer.
Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Proficient in Epic charting system and telemetry monitoring.
Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and non-invasive airway management.
Ability to work night shifts and fulfill weekend and holiday coverage as required.
