Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and document findings in EPIC.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Float between Post Partum and Special Care Nursery as required.
- Manage pediatric conditions such as asthma, bronchiolitis, and jaundice.
- Support post-surgical pediatric patients in their recovery process.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with eligibility in Washington State.
- Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience required.
- BLS and PALS certification required.
- Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
- Ability to work every other weekend and night shifts as scheduled.
- Travel nursing experience preferred.
