Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients across all age groups.
• Administer therapeutic treatments and modalities as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust ventilation settings as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient respiratory function.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the EPIC system.
• Participate in patient education to enhance understanding of respiratory health.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional respiratory therapy experience.
• Current NC Respiratory Therapist license in hand.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT required.
• Experience with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Previous experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• Travel experience in healthcare settings is preferred.
