Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Monitor and assess patient condition using advanced medical equipment and telemetry.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and experience.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech system.
• Mentor and support PCTs in managing their patient assignments.
• Adapt to dynamic schedule needs, including weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Proficiency in time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
