Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary - Occupational Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to an outpatient pediatric population.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse conditions.
• Implement and adapt therapeutic interventions for acute and chronic disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct standardized assessments and developmental testing.
• Transition effectively between inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Current and valid occupational therapy license.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in outpatient, acute care, LTC/SNF, and pediatrics preferred.
• Experience with standardized assessments and functional activities.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to provide patient and family education on therapeutic plans and outcomes.
