Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) settings.
• Float between units based on facility needs to support patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required, with a maximum of once per pay period.
• Work every other weekend as part of a scheduled rotation with other staff.
• Maintain and document patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:6 as appropriate to care needs.
• Utilize Epic charting system to accurately track patient care and progress.

Qualifications

• Valid MT or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in LDRP; experienced travelers only.
• Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and CLC* with Stable* skills preferred.
• Proficiency in circulating for C-sections and triaging obstetrical patients.
• Previous charge experience and travel experience required.
• Ability to perform sterile vaginal exams and provide care across neonatal, infant, and adult patient groups.
