Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to adult and geriatric patients in an ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions using advanced medical technology.
• Interpret and react to dysrhythmias and hemodynamic changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and respiratory services.
• Comply with all policies regarding medication administration and EKG testing.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Meditech charting system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience, community hospital experience required.
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS required; CPI, MAB, NIHSS, OCN, PALS, TNCC preferred.
• Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and ICU patient management.
• Ability to pass medication and EKG exam within 72 hours of position confirmation.
• Prepared to work every other weekend and some holidays as required by facility.
