Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate functional limitations of patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to achieve maximum therapeutic outcomes.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining mobility.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote continuity of treatment.
Document patient treatment plans and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols.

Qualifications

Valid SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License upon contract start.
BLS certification required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with Epic or similar charting systems is a plus.
