Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and provide direct patient care in the ICU.
- Manage and titrate drips including vasopressors and sedation.
- Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists for optimal patient management.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and fingernail policy.
- Float to lower levels of care such as PCU and Medsurg as needed.
- Participate in orientation, passing required open-book exams with a minimum score of 90%.
Qualifications
- Active RN license and BSN required.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; PALS & TNCC preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to pass an open-book exam on skills learned during orientation.
- Experience with drips, vents, and bipaps required.
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
