Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for labor, delivery, antepartum, and recovery patients.
• Collaborate with Mother Baby nurses to ensure effective care for mother and infant.
• Monitor and document patient information using GE EFM and electronic medical records.
• Participate in cesarean sections and inductions as necessary.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity.
• Complete floating assignments as required by facility needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent labor and delivery experience required.
• Ability to scrub in for surgeries is preferred.
• Prior charge nursing experience is advantageous.
• Current NRP, BLS, and ACLS certifications mandatory.
• Familiarity with CPN and Meditech EMR systems preferred.
• Royal Blue scrub attire required.
