Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Tech - General to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the ultrasound suite is clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort during examinations.

Qualifications

• Valid CA Ultrasound Technician License in hand.
• Proficiency in using Epic charting system.
• Previous experience in a community hospital setting is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt to different hospital environments and float between facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Ultrasound Tech preferred.
