Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care including aerosol setups and management of airway devices.
• Respond to emergencies and rapid response situations effectively.
• Assist in floor care, ER, and code responses as needed.
• Conduct accurate interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs).
• Float between units as required to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital charting systems and protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Active Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• Advanced certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care.
• Experience with emergency and critical care in Level I or II Trauma Centers preferred.
• Proficiency with a range of respiratory support devices and techniques.
