Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Manage patient records and charting using EPIC system
- Provide critical care and support during surgeries, including ortho and Da Vinci procedures
- Participate in call duties: weeknight (1-2 nights/week) and weekend (approx. every 4-5 weeks)
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including nicotine-free environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska (pending license accepted)
- 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required, with ortho focus
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with EPIC charting system
- Da Vinci, oncology, ortho, and neuro experience highly preferred
- Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
