Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
• Monitor and assess patient's hemodynamic status
• Titrate various medications and infusions as per protocol
• Collaborate with CT Surgery and critical care teams
• Float to Medical ICU as needed
• Complete comprehensive documentation using the EPIC system

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing and willing to wait for final processing
• Minimum of one to two years of recent CVICU experience
• Proficient in CRRT, Impella, and IABP
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays on rotation
