Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a variety of ICU acuity patients, including vented patients.
• Titrate drips including vasopressors, inotropes, and sedatives as required.
• Work collaboratively with a 24/7 in-house hospitalist and eICU support team.
• Float to PCU or MedSurg as needed and follow the 7-7 shift schedule.
• Engage positively with the healthcare team to overcome challenges in patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including artificial fingernail prohibition in patient care areas.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with experience in acute care ICU settings.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to pass an open book skills exam with at least 90% during orientation.
• Compliant with a 50-mile radius rule and must not hold concurrent employment with CommonSpirit facilities.
• Driver’s license required for submittal to verify distance from the facility.
• Flexibility with shift scheduling, including every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations.
