Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create patient care plans
• Document patient care and treatment in the Epic charting system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations
• Support facility needs through patient assignments and coverage

Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN License
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to work variable shifts and meet facility scheduling needs
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
