Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
Administer medications and treatments using the appropriate protocol, monitor side effects and effectiveness.
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given to maintain accurate records.
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
Lead and delegate to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively.

Qualifications

Current RN License in state of employment or compact.
BLS and ACLS certification from AHA required.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
Willingness to work required weekend and on-call shifts.
Ability to float to various facilities as needed.
