Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols.
Conduct quality control tests on imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as required for procedures.
Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and radiopharmaceutical usage.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with radiologists and other staff members to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in nuclear medicine technology.
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification from the American Heart Association.
Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology certification from ARRT.
Experience in a large hospital environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
