Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - X-Ray Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists to interpret imaging results accurately.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment efficiently and safely.
• Document imaging procedures and patient information in the Cerner system.
• Adapt to the cancellation policy, allowing for hospital-initiated schedule adjustments.

Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification and ARRT (R) certification.
• California Fluoroscopy Permit and Radiography License required.
• Familiarity with the Cerner charting system preferred.
• Ability to work 4x10 night shifts from 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Experience in acute care settings is advantageous.
