Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures including monitoring, circulating, and sedation.
• Collaborate with cath lab teams to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Ensure operation and maintenance of specialized equipment such as GE xray, Alaris pumps, rotablator, and Impella devices.
• Document procedures using Merge Hemo and Meditech systems accurately and in timely manner.
• Participate in the on-call schedule, including 8 days of weekday call and up to 6 weekend call days per month.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital and departmental policies and manage patient flow effectively in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required and ARRT or RCIS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Cath lab experience required, preferably in a community hospital or mixed IR and Cath lab setting.
• Proficiency in conducting both diagnostic and PCI procedures.
• Experience with monitoring, circulating, and sedation with the capability to scrub for procedures.
• Advanced skills in interventional radiology, vascular procedures, and ability to float to related departments as needed.
• Excellent patient interaction skills, contributing to a family-like care environment.
