Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to both adult and pediatric patients in a mixed Pediatrics/MST unit.
• Administer and monitor treatment plans, medications, and patient conditions.
• Ensure compliance with dysrhythmia exam requirements before contract signing.
• Float to the MST unit when needed and assist in stabilizing patients for transfer.
• Participate in hospital and unit-specific orientations and adhere to dress code standards.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips for adult MST patients.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Previous experience working with pediatric patients is essential.
• Ability to care for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Prior experience with Cerner charting system is preferred.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.
