Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a mixed patient population in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-ups ensuring individualized patient care.
• Minimize patient overlap and maintain focus on quality over quantity.
• Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR for accurate and effective documentation.
• Achieve productivity goals set at 70%, with evaluations weighted on complexity.
• Collaborate with onsite management and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of North Carolina.
• Previous experience in an outpatient therapeutic environment preferred.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical record systems such as NetHealth/Redoc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Ability to independently manage a patient caseload adhering to professional standards.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.
