Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in a 40-bed med-surg unit for patients aged 18 and older.
• Manage patient care for medical and telemetry patients with acute or chronic conditions.
• Implement team-based care model with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective use of skills.
• Float to different units as needed, including Bellevue campus, to provide patient care support.
• Administer and manage titratable drips and critical care equipment.
• Coordinate with virtual nurses for administrative tasks requiring an RN license.

Qualifications

• Active RN license, pending license acceptable for booking six weeks out.
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system required.
• BLS certification required and must be obtained prior to start date.
• Experience with trauma care in a Level I Academic Medical Center required.
• Ability to work in a 100% nicotine-free environment, including compliance with facility policies.
