Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
• Conduct assessments and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CO License or compact PT license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to undergo a manager interview and follow-up for employment.
