Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Circulate and monitor in left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE's), cardioversions, peripherals, and other cardiac procedures.
Administer moderate sedation and prepare medications for procedures.
Ensure clean and well-stocked lab by monitoring inventory and supply levels.
Float to other units if necessary, performing duties such as patient sitting.
Document patient care accurately in the EMR systems including Xper and MedHost.
Participate in on-call rotation including working holidays and weekends as required.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac cath lab settings.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
Proven ability to circulate and monitor cardiac procedures independently.
Proficient in using electronic medical records such as Xper and MedHost.
Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travel assignments.
