Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments to oncology patients.
Provide care for hematology and non-oncology infusion patients, such as those with rheumatology and GI needs.
Manage infusion equipment and oversee therapeutic phlebotomy procedures.
Educate patients and families about treatment processes and potential side effects.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the Epic charting system.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Washington State.
Chemo Certification (ONS/ONCC) and BLS required; OCN preferred.
Experience in an infusion center or outpatient oncology setting.
Proficiency in therapeutic phlebotomy and IV push administration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients and families.
Capability to manage and operate infusion pumps and related equipment.
