Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy in both acute care and rehab settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adapt therapy plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to overcome communication barriers.
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights on patient status and therapy adjustments.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience with Meditech charting system is preferred.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with exemptions considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to float between acute care and rehab settings as needed.
