Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical care across multiple specialties including Neurology, ENT, and Orthopedics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in scrubbing and circulating procedures.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as the Intuitive DaVinci XI and Stryker Video Tower.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and sterile procedures.
• Participate in on-call and weekend duty rotations as required.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience with scrubbing skills.
• Active NC or Compact RN license in hand.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including later shifts if needed.
• Familiarity with advanced surgical procedures and equipment usage.
