Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a critical care setting.
- Titrate drips and manage ventilators in an ICU environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to stabilize and transfer patients as needed.
- Float to lower level of care settings including PCU and Medsurg.
- Ensure compliance with fingernail policy by refraining from artificial nails.
- Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and patient documentation.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required; PALS & TNCC preferred.
- Minimum of two years of ICU nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with titratable drips and advanced lifesaving techniques.
- Ability to interpret and verify telemetry strips.
- Driver's license required for radius rule compliance.
