Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols in the operating room.
- Assist with surgical procedures, including neuro, spine, and general surgeries.
- Ensure sterility and safety in the operating environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the DaVinci Robotics system.
- Document cases accurately using Epic EMR systems.
- Work closely with the Charge Nurse to manage operating room schedules.
Qualifications
- Current RN license and willingness to wait for submission if needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
- BLS Certification and COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Experience required in trauma and robotics surgeries.
- Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating in various surgeries.
- Experience with Epic EMR system required.
