Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs in the Cath Lab.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes during procedures.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Ensure compliance with sterile field policies and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient records.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures, recovery, and care instructions.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• BSN preferred, with at least two years of Cath Lab experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent critical thinking, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as per facility rotation requirements.
