Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical abilities and set realistic goals.
• Develop individualized therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercise protocols and wellness strategies.
• Participate in emergency response teams as necessary when assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid LA State License in Physical Therapy and BLS Certification.
• Specialization in orthopedics and geriatrics preferred.
• Ability to manage a daily caseload of 8-12 visits.
• Experience working with an average daily census of 25 patients.
• Openness to working in a flexible and adaptive clinical environment.
• Willingness to engage in professional development and continuing education.
