Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients across all age groups with diverse conditions.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapies as needed.
• Perform advanced airway management and participate in PICU care.
• Document patient care and outcomes in the electronic health record accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RRT certification with valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in respiratory therapy required.
• PICU experience is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a charge position preferred.
• Willingness to work every other weekend as scheduled.
• Strong skills in critical and emergency care response.
