Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in CVICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to CVICU patients, focusing on adults with acute cardiac conditions.
Administer and titrate critical care medications and drips, including Dex, Propofol, and Epi.
Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
Conduct patient assessments, interpret in-room telemetry, and respond to changes in patient condition.
Ensure documentation is accurate and timely using the Cerner charting system.
Participate in unit-specific orientation and adhere to all facility protocols, including dress code and floating requirements.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing with the state of Arizona.
A minimum of two years of CVICU nursing experience required.
Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Proficiency in dysrhythmia recognition is mandatory.
Must demonstrate expertise in operating IABP and CRRT equipment.
Ability to float across ICU/PCU/MS/Tele units as needed.
