Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform tomo mammography studies and assist radiologists on stereotactic biopsies
- Maintain and operate Merge PACS and Cerner EMR systems
- Provide high-quality imaging in compliance with standards for mammography
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Monitor and maintain imaging equipment according to protocols
- Achieve an average of 15 imaging studies per day
Qualifications
- BLS Certification required
- Certified Mammography Technologist - ARRT (M) Verification
- California CRT license in Mammography
- Minimum of 200 mammograms performed in the past 2 years
- Experience with Cerner EMR and Merge PACS systems
- Must have previous travel experience in similar settings
