Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
- Circulate and assist with cesarean sections and other procedures.
- Administer and monitor labor-inducing medications.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor fetal and maternal health.
- Educate and support mothers during labor and postpartum care.
- Perform regular documentation and charting using the Epic system.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Colorado or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years Labor & Delivery experience required.
- Certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate.
- Experience with clinical leadership and mentoring preferred.
- Proficiency in Epic charting system.
- Ability to float to meet facility needs within similar units.
