Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in the operating room, covering pre-surgery, OR, and PACU.
• Participate in rotating call responsibilities, ensuring readiness for STAT cases.
• Utilize Paragon EMR for accurate and timely charting.
• Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team for efficient case management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum experience in operating room, pre-surgery, and PACU settings.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with common operating room cases including General, Ortho, and OB/GYN.
• Ability to respond to calls and emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Willingness to follow dress code and use scrubs provided by the hospital.
