Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in PCU/IMC/Stepdown units.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license with ability to practice in West Virginia.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General medicine, or Oncology.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
- Proficient with EPIC charting system.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
