Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide care to patients with severe health conditions in the ICU.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize critical care equipment and technology effectively.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in EPIC system.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Experience with titrating drips such as Levophed and insulin.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
